Infrastructure Support Manager
Salary: Grade 7 - £26,498 - £32,239 per annum (pro rata)
Job share – 18.5 hours per week
SYPTE is looking for an Infrastructure Support Manager to manage the delivery and operation of our Facilities Infrastructure Administration and Audit, ensuring the provision of an effective administrative support service, the effective management of database applications, payment and procurement processes and compliance with highways legislation and associated Codes of Practices.
You will be educated to A Level standard or hold equivalent management level experience and have a working knowledge of Infrastructure database systems and Health & Safety. It is also essential that you have substantial experience in a similar facilities or procurement management role, with proven experience of managing infrastructure.
If successful, you will join our Facilities and Infrastructure Department at Rotherham Interchange.

We are looking for someone to provide a high quality administrative, secretarial, data entry and first line customer services support for Sheffield City Region Ticketing Company Limited and the TravelMaster Ticketing Scheme.
Our ideal candidate will have experience in a similar administration business support role, including handling telephone enquiries and complaints, data entry and producing reports. You will need be educated to GCSE standard, including English & Maths, and good knowledge and working experience of Microsoft tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access) is essential. The successful candidate will also need to demonstrate that they have administration, literacy, analytical and numeric skills and are able to prioritise tasks and deliver according to predetermined timescales.
