ROTHERHAM’S bus services will be running to festive timetables between 24 December and 2 January.
Rotherham Bus Partnership is reminding passengers to check the details of Christmas and New Year services to help passengers in the town plan ahead for their journeys over the festive period.
Most buses will follow Saturday timetables on weekdays. Services will finish early on most routes on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve, with last departures between 6pm and 7.30pm. No services will run on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day.
The 9.30am travel restriction for senior concessionary pass holders will be removed between Friday 26 December 2014 and Thursday 1 January 2015 to allow free travel on bus services for pass holders.
