Easter public transport services

03 April 2012

BUS and tram services in South Yorkshire will be running to revised timetables over the Easter weekend.

Most buses will operate a Saturday service from 6 – 7 April and a Sunday service from 8 - 9 April.

Stagecoach Supertram will operate a Saturday service from 6 – 7 April. An amended Sunday timetable will operate on 8 and 9 April, with Blue and Purple routes affected by engineering work in the Gleadless Townend area. Buses will replace trams from Fitzalan Square to Gleadless Townend, Halfway and Herdings Park.

Most trains will operate to a normal timetable over the Easter holiday period. Passengers travelling by train should check with their operating company for any planned disruptions.
