SYPTE is seeking to appoint suitably qualified and experienced providers of Architectural Services for between one and six bus depots within South Yorkshire.
To design the depot (s) in accordance with the RIBA Outline Plan of Work 1998 (with the view to procure a contractor via a traditional contract). The depot (s) will have an approximate capacity of 150 bus fleet (mix unknown) with on site maintenance, driver accommodation, fuelling lanes, cash facilities, body shop, fixed equipment, paint/electrical bay and VOSA Lane.
